习近平总书记明确指出“突出公园城市特点，把生态价值考虑进去”。鹿城区作为温州公园城市建设的先行区，力求重构温州特色的公园体系。盛和美设计团队通过梳理城市公园与历史街区特色形成完整、连续、共享的开放空间体系和斗城文化游览脉络。设计充分围绕“一园一品一特色”，提出“和而不同”概念。依托各个公园其独特的建筑风格、核心文化资产以及景观植物等关键元素，进行定制化的专项设计，提炼出每个公园的专属超级符号——标志性图形。
新城中央公园系涵盖：世纪广场、杨府山公园、翠微山公园、马鞍池公园。
其中，翠微山巅是温州最大的革命烈士陵园，山麓有格局完整的大寺院，此外，山中还有诸多寺、庙、阁、亭、廊，以及一些服务设施、户外活动场所等。新城中央公园区块，是温州现代化城市风格的展现。将公园提升改造与中央公园建设、文化旅游体验、城市功能承载深度融合。设计上以“现代极简”为主要设计方向，体现以现代城市为主，高度城市化的设计风格。

As a pioneering area for the construction of a park city in Wenzhou, Lucheng District strives to reconstruct a park system with Wenzhou's own characteristics. The Shenghe Mei design team has formed a complete, continuous and shared open space system and the cultural tour context of Doucheng by sorting out the characteristics of urban parks and historical districts. The design fully revolves around "one garden, one product, one feature", and puts forward the concept of "harmony without uniformity". Relying on the unique architectural styles, core cultural assets and landscape plants and other key elements of each park, customized special designs are carried out to extract the exclusive super symbol of each park - the iconic graphic.
The New City Central Park system includes: Century Square, Yangfushan Park, Cuiwei Mountain Park and Ma 'anchi Park.
Among them, the summit of Cuiwei Mountain is the largest revolutionary martyrs' cemetery in Wenzhou. At the foot of the mountain, there is a large temple with a complete layout. In addition, there are many temples, shrines, pavilions, corridors, as well as some service facilities and outdoor activity places in the mountain. The Central Park area of Xincheng is a manifestation of the modern urban style of Wenzhou. Integrate the upgrading and renovation of parks deeply with the construction of central parks, cultural tourism experiences, and the carrying capacity of urban functions. The design mainly takes "modern minimalism" as its direction, embodying a design style that is centered on modern cities and highly urbanized.
